of the Moscow Circular Highway, at Town of
Obninsk.
The mark is 5/8-11" diameter, vertical stainless
steel rod glued into the concrete parapet
of the roof near its southwest corner.
This is a single-story reinforced concrete
building 5.5 meters high. The roof is the
prefabricated reinforced concrete slab.
The rod is driven to a depth of 10 cm.
Vertical datum
of the rod. Antenna is attached to the rod
with the SIGN compact leveling mount,
UNAVCO ID Code 70700.
The antenna and choke ring assembly are
protected with the JPL hemispherical grey-color
