of the Moscow Circular Highway, at Town of
Obninsk.
The mark is 5/8-11" diameter, vertical stainless
steel rod glued into the concrete parapet
of the roof near its southwest corner.
This is a single-story reinforced concrete
building 5.5 meters high. The roof is the
prefabricated reinforced concrete slab.
The rod is driven to a depth of 10 cm.
Vertical datum of the rod.
